I received my frame chipped on one of the sides and because it was a gift for the holidays, I had to send it back. The process of getting a new one to me before the holidays has a been a nightmare. I've been waiting over a week and a half for them send me a confirmation e-mail saying that my product has shipped out again. Everyday they tell me the same story. I will never by anything from this company ever again!
