It is exactly as it is described and the personlization is beautiful! I was 100% shocked at the turnaround time, I order a few things from here on a Monday afternoon and it was in my hand by Thursday. Very pleased This is my first time ordering from Personalization Mall. I wanted a very special gift for my stepfather's 70th birthday. I was pleased at the selection of items to choose from. The item was shipped the day after I ordered and arrived within two days. My stepfather LOVED the gift and personalization. My mother said the craftsmanship was wonderful.
