This was a perfect gift for my friend that finally got her dream job!

I was very pleased with the ease of ordering the item, the ability to see what the finished product would look like, and the promptness of the shipment.

This item was a gift, and when she opened it, we discovered that the holder for the name plate was missing. I called customer service and they were very friendly and immediately shipped out the missing item.

I ordered as a gift for the new office building going up. It's very heavy and solid. The little stand it comes with to prevent from tipping over is a big bonus.

The glass is etched and not a sticker, so whatever you put on it, will never fade away or come off. I highly recommend this product, and Personalization Mall in general. They cried when they received this gift. It was beautiful.

Good quality, great price, fast service. However, you have logos for legal, medical, & academic professions, but not religious. It would have been more advantageous if I could have selected a ministerial logo. I had to go with the initials logo & thus was limited to only 2 lines of type. Please consider designing another logo (perhaps a Bible or church, not a cross or crucifix) that could be used by any denomination. If I had had a 3rd line of type, I could have printed the complete Bible verse. This is our new pastor's life verse. Thank you for your consideration of this request.

My order was duplicated and I was charged for two items. One was different then what I ordered. They wouldn’t remove the item from my order. They wouldn’t let me return it. I paid for rush shipping and it wasn’t received when it was supposed to be. This company is a joke. The item wasn’t made well and I was too embarrassed to even give it to my boss as planned.
