I ordered one for myself with me and my fiance's initials on it (with the butterfly) and I ordered one for my mom for mother's day with me and my sister's initials on it (with the cross) I saw mine and had to go ahead and give her hers. She absolutely loved it! I love mine too!

I like the product. Unfortunately the silver color turned yellow (rusty) after few months.

I ordered this as a gift and thought it was cute but when I got in the mail it was much smaller than it appears. It looks a little cheap and seems to be a lot of money for what it's worth. I wouldn't order it again. I think you could find something similar for less money.

Well this would normally be really cute (although it's smaller than the picture looks) but I ordered an extra charm, the shamrock, which shows 4 leaves, and I was sent one that had 3. Not a big deal to some, but this was a Christmas gift and the person who would have received it LOVES 4 leaf clover, they really mean something to her so I had to send it back. I was really disappointed because I usually love this web site and their products, and still do, but this was a no-go.

I bought a key chain with two letter charms. Getting the additional letter (it comes with one charm) was $5 more. When it came in the mail I was surprised to see that each letter charm was about the size of my pinkie nail. I was a bit disappointed at this considering I paid over $20 altogether for a plain key ring and these two plain little charms. Also, I got this present as a gift and was asked if I would like to write a message for a card that would come free of charge with the gift. I never received this although I took the time to write out a message, which did show up on my receipt, but that's all. Overall I love the idea of a personalized key chain, I just wish that they'd give their customers a better product for the price that they pay.

I really liked this gift. It was for my daughter's soccer coaches. I was a little disappointed in the lead time. It took almost 3 weeks to get them. As witht the other reviews, the charms are small and I don't think this is very durable...but...I'm thinking they could be clipped to a charm bracelet or a necklace instead. They are very pretty. I would order them again.

Received the key ring and was VERY disappointed on the quality of the item. The ring was flimsy and not appropriate to hold even my car key. In fact, the charms were lost within the first hour of use!..The letters were nice but very small...I was disappointed in the item and would not recommend this item to anyone. You could buy a very nice key ring, one that would actually have the weight to HOLD keys, for less money.
