I ordered more than several for my daughter's teachers to put gift cards in for teacher appreciation week. I was so pleased with the quality and the nice message of the meaning of someone's name. Now my daughter (who is 7) wants one of her own! Highly recommend!

As a first time customer, I was a little skeptical at first, especially given the reasonable price, however, this mug is more than what I had expected. The mug itself is of an excellent quality, and the personalization is beautiful. The letters really stand out and are very clear with sharp lines. This is very important in personalization because sometimes lines will smear or be uneven, NOT WITH THIS PRODUCT (: I would recommend this product to anyone.
