The quality and appearance of the dog bowl are a terrific value for the money. The design and application of the personalization are very pleasing. I gave this as a gift, and the recipient gushed compliments. Incredibly fast turnaround on my order. I had it in three days. The packaging was well above average as well. Bought two larger and two smaller for my furry grandkids for Christmas. They are really cute and strong, but much bigger than anticipated. I wish that I would have purchased the small ones for all the animals, but I think they will be ok. Definitely are as shown in the picture.

The bowl is very sturdy and the perfect size, however the color fades and "runs" after washing either by hand or in the dishwasher.

I love the bowls and the website, but unfortunately the tan color of the bowl comes off much more gold than tan in person....
