I bought this as a gift for a new bride. It is really cute with her new initials and it looks exactly like the preview when I purchased it. I know she is going to love it!

The stitching is beautiful and the pockets galore! The middle zippered pocket comes out. This was a nice surprise. I would recommend this product.

I think this is such a useful item! I gave it to a friend right before her vacation trip. It has a great amount of space...and works for just about anyone as a gift! The added name gave it a personal touch!

Embroidery is beautiful the cover a warm brown color, this bag has nice pockets for many things; however disapointly the pockets are all a cheep clear plastic. Yes you can see through them but they are a crispy clear plastic. Fabric or a soft better plastic would have been much nicer.

This tote was nice looking and pretty monogramed, but the plastic pockets on the inside are not soft and pliable. They are stiff and hard and appears that it will crack easily with a little use.

The speed of receipt from payment was excellent. The process to order was simple and easy. The item was very well priced. The quality is not that great, but it is expected for the price you pay. My name came out great and I love this item. I would recommend this item to all my friends.

I was disappointed with the quality of this bag. It seemed like something that was homemade. Some of the seams were crooked and the plastic inside the bag is too thin. Sorry, but this one only gets 3 stars.

This is a GREAT cosmetic tote bag. It looks really nice, but I wish it would have been offered in some other COLORS. The personalization really sets it off and makes it special, of course. The turn-around time on my order from purchase to receipt was really fast, which is always good!
