Good Quality and very pleased

I searched the internet for hours looking for an 8 X 10 horizontal wooden frame that I could customize for my son's Senior class picture. I am very impressed with the quality and the design. This frame is a very nice frame. The only thing that I was not impressed with the wood grain on the corners of the frame. Personilazation was done well and shipping was right on as usual.

A wonderful personalized gift

I recently ordered 5 personalized frames to give as gifts on our family beach vacation - to commemorate our trip! Three of them are horizontal and two are vertical. They came fast and I'm very happy with my purchase. I only wish the "2021" on the horizontal frames (at the bottom) were the same size font as the font at the top of the frames; the font on the vertical frames were no issue. I looked every where for a frame that would fit a lot of text. This was a great choice at a great price. I would have spent more than twice the cost at another well known engraving store. The frame turned out exactly as the picture showed that it would be. I would definitely use this site again.

Sooo pleased with the personalized frames--looked great. Also pleased with the fast delivery!!!

Would give this a much higher rating but, I purchased 11 frames with the same engraving- 10 were very acceptable (5 stars) one was not acceptable. The dark stain which accentuates the corners/engraving and is really what makes this frame unique was non-existent. No dark stain was added just a light wood tone - hard to see the engraving as it is the same color as the light wood frame. Does not look like the frame in the catalog nor the other 10 frames I received. Sent in a complaint with pictures of the bad frame and was told it would not be replaced that this was normal -- very disappointed in the response I received.

The personalized frame was perfect. Bought it as a gift and was very proud to give it. Everything was correct and really hi-lighted the frame. Would recommend this and will definitely be using again.

This frame was wonderful! My daughter got it for my husband from our grandsons for Father's Day. He plays the father role with our only two grandsons. It came in perfect time and was wonderfully done. He was unexpectedly emotional and so very happy!

I loved the frame, it is a great option for those who want to write their own personal message. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because of the packaging. It came in a very thin box without any bubble wrap. I think they could have done a better job wrapping the frame.
