Poor quailty By Shopper (Dublin, OH) - December 18, 2011 I had to order this 3 times and every time I received it the etching was very noticeably off center and looked terrible. The customer service rep said that that's the way it is....completely disappointed. It looked ok in the proof photo but beware because it looked completely different in hand.
