The frame was a gift and when I received it - there were grey spots on the white background that were obvious and couldn't be wiped off. I didnt have enough time to send back and receive new frame.

I order a lot of items from this company and I am usually very happy with the quality and service. This frame was a huge disappointment. I thought it was a silver back ground with the engraving etched into the frame. Instead it was something I could have made myself. Print out the words on photo paper and glue it to a frame. Even the letters were a little fuzzy.
Lesson learned....stick with the wooden frames, they turn out great!!!!!

this frame was sent to me as a gift and was wrapped up until we moved and had room to display it. it has been up for almost a year and the back of the frame that stands it up is broke. Customer service has been difficult to work with. This is a very heavy frame and needs a better support base. If you are giving this as a gift you wont know that this is was happens. also there is not a real piece of glass for the front part of the frame. gift buyer beware!!!
