the 12 small pictures are smaller than a wallet size photo. Finding somewhere that made photos that small was hard and cost more money for the prints.

Cheap, Cheap, Cheap. This is a cheaply made frame with a thin plastic clear covering. The frame is held together with staples and the matting is an inexpensive grade of cardboard. The backside of the matting was streaked with the same color ink used for personalization. The 5x7 opening was too large for a 5x7 photo. You could see the back of the frame on the sides of the photo because the opening was too large. To get to the matting, you have to bend back thin metal tabs to take the backing off.
While it seems to be a great idea, I am extremely disappointed with the overall quality of the product. They offered to reinspect it if I sent it back but it would cost more to mail it back than the frame is worth! Save your money!
