I ordered approx. 10 of these bracelets for thank you presents to friends. When I received them I felt that the quality was not what I expected from Personalization. They were stiff and cheap looking. Also, although the description says they are 7 1/2", they didn't fit well even on narrow wrists. Having had them engraved, I knew I would not be returning them and gave them out anyway but I won't make the mistake of ordering them again.
