2010 Bell By Shopper (Louisiana, MO) - January 10, 2011 Bell wan not bad, but the shipping was way out of line. It could have been put in an envelope with a couple of stamps.
Disappointed By Devin D. (Mount Pleasant, MI) - December 13, 2010 (See all reviews by this customer) When I first ordered this product I recieved it with uncentered engraving. I emailed the company and they were really nice about it. They offered to replace it for free, fixing the engraving to be center. When I recieved the new ornament I held it up to the old one and the engraving was exactly the same. Nothing was changed. I was very displeased.
