I am always pleased with my purchases from personalization mall.com but this has been the only item that so far I have been kinda dissapointed with. The ornament looked like it had been stored for years becuase I had to clean it once I received and the quality of the item is not so good, it looks a bit cheap and plastic and the personalition is also not very good quality
