Needs a better website
I was pleasantly satisfied in the product. Shipping was reasonable, and item came as advertised. I was vehemently upset when the website was very small print, and it was very hard to see that the spelling of everything was correct. Unfortunately from my experience, I correctly spelled one name (my girlfriend) correctly, but in the tiny print I was unable to see how I spelled her name again. Yes, indeed I spelled her name incorrectly the second time. I openly admit that my mistake was on my behalf, but on Personalization Mall's behalf I would have expected their computers, or employees to catch small mistakes like the one I made. I would have hoped to receive an email notifying me they thought there might be a mistake. I called the number on the packing slip and had to order a new item at 50% of the cost. Because of my satisfaction with the item I did reorder the item spelled correctly at half the cost. I would like to see a better website/conformation process be put into place.
