Good customer service

My first mug arrived chipped and just a couple days before the holidays. I called customer service and a new one was to me within just a couple days and in time for Christmas. The quality was excellent and grandma loved how personalized it was! I was impressed that they were so responsive! Would have given it 5 stars if not for the extra hassle/stress of having to request a replacement.
