WE ORDERED 5 MUGS FOR OUR 5 GRANDCHILDREN, ALL BUT ONE ARRIVED INTACT, ONE WAS BROKEN, THEY ARRIVED 6 DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS, I CALLED IMMEDIATELY AND WAS ASSURED THE BROKEN MUG WOULD BE REPLACED FREE OF CHARGE AND WOULD ARRIVE ON CHRISTMAS EVE.
