The picture frame arrived just the way it was shown when ordered. I could not hwve asked for a better product. The only thing that was not perfect eas the gift box I ordered with it. Thought it wiuld have been a little nicer...and did not like the personalization logo right in the center on the front of the gift box. The picture frame its self was perfect.

This frame was bought as a gift and was an excellent idea! The product itself is good quality and there is no rough edges where the name is carved in.
