After spending numerous hours searching for a perfect 50th Anniversary gift for our best friends, I found Personalization Mall. I made 3 phone calls to their Help/order line for problems I had with my computer & was able to order this clock.<br/> Not only did I receive wonderful help from a gentlemen,that I failed to write down or remember his name, but finally completed my order just before 9 p.m. your time. He said my order would process that night, which totally shocked me, and would ship the next day. I expected 3-5 days shipping time and figured it would be delivered the middle of next week, in time for their anniversary.<br/> Imagine my shock to receive a call this morning from our friends thanking us for the clock.
