Initially it came with a small crack in the straw. The same day I commented about the crack, I was contacted and offered a refund or a replacement. But - their last name is an “Mc” name and you cant get the “c” to be lower case when personalizing - so its all capital letters and looks strange. Personalization Mall needs to find a way to personalize names that have a lower case letter !!
