I was particularly impressed by the weight of the mug - it's a man's mug.<br/><br/>The engraving is good as well. I appreciate that they took the time to get it lined up and leveled. I avoided other vendors after reading comments of poor leveling and alignment. Not much to say except that I'm surprised to get what I wanted. Thank you folks for getting it right.
