I found this perfect Personalized Jar after 1800Flowers failed to fulfill my order for a special Personalized Candy Jar (ordered last year with a delivery date in Jan 2021). It was for a special Decades birthday so was unique in what I needed. The PM company had a perfect substitute, great price, and the promise of a quick delivery...all things I needed! Unfortunately, the jar had a scratch right on the front, so was not ignorable. I called Cust Service right away and got a great Rep, named Martin. I sent a pic of the damage, he authorized a free replacement, and got it delivered in the same 2-3 day promise as the original. It arrived today and is perfect! Thank you for handling ALL these issues and keeping your promise of Satisfaction Guaranteed! I was so impressed by the breadth of products they offered that I actually placed an order for Custom Christmas cards...yes, already! Very unique and perfect! Not inexpensive, but very unique and personal. thanks!
