I have given this item twice now as wedding gifts and both were a big hit!!!<br/>The only thing I would not order again is the do it yourself gift box. It really is not a gift box, more of a heavy imprinted cardboard box and not suitable with just a bow on it. Next time I will save the $3.50 as now I have to wrap myself. But the ice bucket is beautiful and I am sure I will order more in the future.

This is a large, heavy & thick glass ice bucket. Very elegant with initials nicely etched although they should have been larger, in my opinion, on this large bucket but quality of both monogram & bucket was excellent.<br/><br/>

Beautiful product, sub-par engraving

The quality of this ice bucket is very nice and heavy. My issue is that the engraving seems to be "one size fits all," as opposed to being adjusted accordingly to the width of the center letters used. As you can see in the pic of my received product, the dot between the D and the M is far too close to the D. It seems as though rigid spacing is set up, assuming that the letter will be uniform in width, such as A or M.<br/><br/>For the price of this product, Personalization Mall should really have someone visually QCing the engraving process.<br/><br/>I had to give this as a gift and there was no time to return for another option. Needless to say, I'm disappointed.
