Second bottle purchased this year. The last one lasted throughout the school year. My 9 year old lost it a few times, and dinged it up, but 9 year olds do that. With all the wear and tear, because of the personalized bottle, it was returned and still usable. I get one for my kids every school year! Great purchase!

I have been very pleased with ALL the items I have ordered! Thank you for providing excellent products with excellent pricing. Also, I called your Customer Service and they also provided excellent service. I do, however, have a suggestion: please let the buyer know how many packages to expect. I did have a very large order and with the first package arrival notification it stated Your Order has arrived and when it came it was one package with 5 items, so I called to make sure the remaining items were still to be shipped and was informed that the entire order would come in three (3) packages. It would be helpful to know how many packages to expect. Thank you.
