I have purchased these ornaments to honor our cats for years and the quality has always been perfect and everything exactly as I wanted. This year, as soon as I completed the order, I realized I had made a mistake and left out a word. I phoned customer service and the problem was corrected. I got this for my sister who lost her dog a few months ago and has been so lost without her. We have always had these ornaments made when we have lost a family member and her dog was her baby. She is going to be hung on her tree this year and then on a stand all year long so she will always be able to see her Joanie. I love the way it comes out. With so much feeling and heart they are the perfect gift to give. I will always come back and have one made they are perfectly done.
