While the first blanket I ordered apparently was delivered to an address where the intended recipient no longer lived, Personalization Mall was terrific in not only extending a much appreciated discount, but their support in ordering a replacement. The blanket is a perfect gift to commemorate the birth of my cousin, Nora albeit a year later (didn't find out the recipient hadn't received it until a year later).

This is the second blanket that I have purchased and am SO happy with the results. The first was for a cancer patient and the second for a new baby. Perfect!!! I purchased this blanket as a gift for the 4 yr old daughter whose mom had just given birth to the new baby brother. The blanket for the 4 yrs old daughter had her name on it and her baby brother's statistics so she would remember them. In the center was a picture of the 4 yr old holding and admiring her new baby brother (beautiful picture). Instead of the little brothers 1st, middle and last name, the blanket had the 4 yr old's 1st name, then 'loves' then the baby brother's 1st name. It came out really good! I have used this kind of blanket as a gift in the past and it was a wonderful surprise gift.

Have ordered this blanket multiple times and I'm never disappointed and neither are the people I give it to. Highly recommend. One thing I will add I have received a few that the printing was off and the border stitching would run through the lettering or the lettering on the top was half off the blanket. The company replaced the blanket at no cost and let me keep the other blanket which I thought was very nice. Every time I order now I do make a phone call afterwards to remind them to be aware of the past issues and every blanket I have received has been perfect!!!
