I received a frame as promised, however, it was not the correct item. I called customer service <br/>and spoke with ANGELA GRAHAM - OMGosh - what an ANGEL! She turned my correction around in a New York minute (30 minutes) advised the correction was made and it was being sent out in 2 day delivery, I got it on Christmas Eve. Best Customer Service I had ever received from a company. I use them for most of my projects, always happy with their work and services.
