I have purchased from Personalization Mall many times and was always satisfied with everything I purchased. My latest purchase was the 14” personalized photo mug. The size is perfect and I love having a handle. The photos look great. The day I ordered it, I realized I ordered the 16” which was going to be too high for my coffeemaker. I called customer service and they graciously gave me a refund so I could order the smaller one. I’m a satisfied customer!
