I was concerned when I ordered it that it would be the lower quality canvas that you see sometimes at department stores. But when it arrived it was the real deal, the straps are<br/>reinforced so they won't rip off easily. The heart with all of the names of my mom's children and grandchildren are just beautiful the bright lettering that I chose worked out perfectly, she just loved it so much. But I had forgot to include my brother David's name yikes! They offered 50% off for me to correct it.
