Love the board but unfortunately it wasn’t wrapped with enough bubble wrap that it got damaged in shipping. Decided to deal with the small chip in the wood than deal with returning

Highly recommend this product but also with the wood solution they sell as an add-on. I didn't purchase it and after two usesthe wood has lost its initial sheen. Overall, good product, extremely heavy and truly a cutting board unlike some of the retail chains that do engraving. My wife can barely pick it up. A suggestion: would be to sell/include a stand to go along with the cutting board. The board also serves as a nice display item. I'm including a photo only to show sheen after 2 uses.

Pretty but too pale

This is so pretty and the wood quality is excellent, but I can barely see the names etched in the wood, like they didn’t leave the laser/burner long enough to get dark. You have to be really close to it to see what it says. I tried treating the wood as well to see if it would darken some, which it didn’t.
