This is a gift so at this point it is unused. Customer service is outstanding, I had misspelled a name but was able to work through the service department to get it corrected, they were friendly and very responsive. The towel it’s self is almost like a blanket since the material is not a terry cloth, the color is vibrant and the name is clear and crisp.<br/>All around good experience. Everything was much better than expected especially customer service. Will do business with them in the future!
