I bought this bottle water for my 8yr. Old granddaughter’s first day of school. We were amazed that the ice cubes her mom added were still not fully melted at the end of her day!

I received my bottle and it had a dent in it, it happens, I emailed them and told them that I was a bit disappointed, they overnighted me a brand new one for free. I was shocked and super impressed!!! I will be telling everyone about you guys!!!! Thank you so much!! You are great!!!!! ??
