I created the glasses for a friend’s birthday. It was fun making the characters look like us. I made an error on one of the words I wrote so I emailed them about the change. (my fault, I didn’t proof read closely enough.) They do allow you to see your personalization prior to submitting the order. Even though I ordered expedited shipping they had the error corrected and delivered to me at the time promised.
