Damaged gift box upon receiving it and pen engraved quality is doesn't match

1. Damaged gift box upon receiving it(they were able to give a refund for this)<br/>2. Content inside the box is not damaged. However, the pen engraved quality is doesn't match up to the preview they have. Preview states "...Preview Feature is a representation of your actual, finished product."<br/>When compared to the site picture and the pen I received, the name brightness doesn't match. It's very hard to see the name on the pen. Customer service would not give a refund because "...they have determined the item was made according to the design parameters created by our Design Department."<br/>Still very unsatisfied with this because all they could do was give a 20% discount. This will be the last time we shop here.
