This product is really good looking--the shape is beautiful, the glass is gorgeous. It's got some heft to it, so it feels expensive. The tag on in it indicates it is made in Parma, Italy so it's legit. The engraving is very classy. I bought this as a Christmas present for my husband, who enjoys a nice whiskey, brandy or Scotch. I put his birth year as the "established" date. This is a great gift!

This item was ordered as a birthday gift. When I received it, the engraving was distorted. I called customer service. They directed me to send a photo so the situation could be reviewed. Customer service informed me that I would be notified of their decision. They did engrave the item again and sent the package overnight so that I had it in time for the birthday party. Customer service was stellar. They were extremely professional and easy to contact regarding this problem. THANK YOU!

This is a quality decanter. Heavy and beautifully made. I bought one last year for my fiancé. He loved it so much we bought a second one this year for his son-in-law. I will buy it again if I need a nice gift for a bourbon drinker. Well worth the money!

Exactly as described. Personalization was perfect and made a great Christmas gift for my son. I had read the dimensions before ordering and recommend others do the same. The size is perfect in my opinion but not as tall as most decanters, so read before ordering.
