Not only do they tend to get the pkg delivered sooner than they even estimate, the product is always impressive - not cheap looking - not rushed looking (and I ordered my pet ornament like two or three days before Christmas and they knocked it out of the park - got here in time to give it to the recipient for Christmas and they LOVED IT!) This design with the picture of our animal came out perfectly, the little flaw is the ribbon that comes with it, I would suggest a wee bit stronger type of ribbon, because the product is actually heavier than one would think.
