I love this flower pot. Although I haven't given it to the recipient yet, it came through exactly as I had hoped for. I am going to suggest that she bring it in for the winter to avoid any possible cracking over the winter from the cold/snow. This planter is so beautiful. It is heavy, and large. I have it outside in my garden, so that when I sit out there every morning for coffee, I an reminded of my sweet husband. Definitely worth the purchase. I also bought the same one for his best friend.
