First off, let me tell you about the customer service! I made an error entering the info on my flag. Emailed the next morning and asked for them to fix if it wasn't too late. I even said I understood if they couldn't, that i would order another.<br/>They emailed back and made the change for me!<br/>It was everything I expected. Great picture quality and plenty of spaces to add all her favorite activities, her grad date, name and in her school colors. Way more than satisfied! Will order from them again
