The original one came with the top line not centered and the bottom line crooked. They sent a new one and it was perfect. They sent a hanging bracket with screws that I would have to screw to the back of the frame. Im scared to do it as the frame could crack, so I wish that was already on the frame. And, one of the push tabs in the back broke off after I put the picture in. Overall, it is beautiful and I'm sure my daughter will love it, just wished the quality control was a little better

Really like it just wish the Pink was darker and more ledgible only had Light Pink
