The etching on the board was flawless. The weight of the board is perfect. Only complaint is the board is very dry. This is a wedding gift for my brother so he will need to seal the wood finish if he uses it. I love this gift and highly recommend it.

I chose his special steak marinade recipe to have engraved on the front for him. I think that he was very pleased with it. It’s hard to buy him anything and this was the perfect gift! I ordered two of the bamboo, very pretty but due to the type of wood, the engraving is not very dark, they dd replace one of them, very quick turn around, great customer service. Then my sister ordere 6 of the hardwood ones, like my bamboo, these all contained the cookie recipe of our late mother, the hardwood ones have beautiful dark script, the only thing I noticed is one of them is a little crooked, must have. Been the first one on the machine. I don’t want to complain because they did replace one on the first order. Again great customer service. But I feel they should inspect the completed item before shipping. But I guess 2/8 boards were very nice. All in all they are beautiful and would definitely order from here again.makes great memory gifts.

Great Craftsmanship and Beautiful Presentation

This is a fantastic display of great craftsmanship. I can't wait to hang in on the wall in my kitchen. The only thing I will say is that I would love to know what to fill the engraving in with that will make it stand out so that it can be read from the wall. It is light wood and the engraving is also light. It looks darker on the preview than it is in real life. It is beautifully engraved, just can't see what it says unless you are up close to it. I may try filling in the grooves with some type of paint.If anyone else has any other ideas of what to use to fill the grooves, I would love them.
