Defective and poor quality

We do stand behind our products 100% and if there is ever a defect or error in personalization we will certainly address the problem. However, we are not able to accept returns, or refund in full, for products that were correctly personalized. <br/><br/>This is what the quality assurance team sent me in my complaints. This is over $52.00 worth of quality. Do not purchase since the personalization was correct they will not honor the defect.
