Ornament is beautiful, just as nice as ones previously purchased. The only complaint I have is minor... previous ornaments came in little velvety bags which made it nice for gift giving and storing without have to purchase a box.

Honestly, I missed where it said the ornament was metal so I wasnt happy about that. Other than that, it came out nice. I wish the ornament was ceramic because it took me a long time to try to get their picture to fit on the ornament and I would've loved to have fit it on the heart shaped one. Came out nice though
