The cake cutting set is absolutely beautiful- exactly as pictured, and the personalization perfect. We chose the standard box which is sturdy- not cheap feeling, and beautifully cushioned inside. It arrived very quickly with just standard shipping. So beautiful, and highly recommended. The picture still has the protective wrap on which is why it appears that the bottoms don’t match the handles, but they do.

The engraving was just perfect and the stunning color of the gold was what I wanted because I do not like gold much to begin with, but on a 50th wedding anniversary it is hard to avoid. I am so pleased with this set. It is heavy and durable, yet elegant and stylish. I wanted a more durable set after we had a mishap at another event from a set purchased from a major home store (handle broke off the knife). It was worth the extra money to have a nice set for use and to have as a usable keepsake. The engraving is just as shown on the example.
