The engraving was nice and was visible at first glance. I knocked one star off because the first time I opened it, it was easy to open. But as I attempted to open it a few times making sure the width was right, it seemed to get difficult to open; it was as if it needed to be lubricated. That could be an issue. It's a great gift.
