I ordered 6 personalized beach towels and on one of them, the name was incomplete. I chatted online with the company and expected to be told to send it back for a new one. But they told me to just take a picture of it and send that. I did, and they emailed me an hour later and said to keep the towel- they would send another one and expedite it. I received a perfect towel yesterday and I appreciate that I didn’t have to go to the trouble to mail the first one back. I wish more companies did that!
