This is my 5th purchase of an engraved, glass ornament. Each one has been a different shape. What I especially like is that each message is controlled by the consumer. This has become a traditional gift each Christmas. Obviously, I highly recommend it!

Every year we conclude the year at the holidays by getting a personalized ornament for or tree with our names, the children, and animals. Every year is a different shape or size color or other design and they lasr year after year. I started this in 2008 and as the family and times change we can keep the memories forever.

Received the ornament but engraving was offset and slanted. Sent picture to customer service and received a new ornament within a week. Perfect. Love this ornament and I know my wife will also. Buy a new ornament from Things Remembered each year to celebrate our engagement anniversary.
