This is music box is even more beautiful in person. I purchased this for my supervisor whom I will be leaving for another position and thought that a music box would be a great gift as I depart. This made me want to cry when I saw the engraved message and the music is plays. The inside with a place for rings and other jewelry just brought the whole gift home. I would definitely purchase this again.

The box looks exactly like the photo, the material is a little thin I feel like a thicker metal would feel more sturdy and quality. But otherwise it is elegant, and the detail is gorgeous.

The box truly is beautiful, but you need a magnifying glass to read the engraving. There is definitely space that it could have been a larger font. I purchase from Personalization Mall BECAUSE the engraving makes each and every item SPECIAL. The engraving on this item especially due to the price is a big disappointment. I gave it a 3 because the box is beautiful but, would have given a one if only considering the engraving. I guess I'll need to include a magnifying glass with my gift. I LOVE Personalization Mall...but this was a huge disappointment.

Beautiful music box but unfortunately, the engraving is almost to small to even read. The musical sound is clear,but I was disappointed that the sound does not turn on and off when you raise the lid...it just keeps playing until wound down.

It’s a great looking product, overpriced and the engraving is so light that one can barely read it
