I had to order this for a very quick turnaround and it was delivered on time and well packaged. It is lovely. I even had it engraved! The only criticisms I have are when you wind the music box it plays the tune very quickly at first. Would be nice to have a choice of tunes. It would also be nice if it had a bar to hold open the lid like a real grand piano. Otherwise wonderful.
