I got two of these as gifts from my son. On the bottom where is says to write many names, I put his first and middle name and DOB. This frame can be customized to say whatever you want and is very well made and came out beautiful!

Product is well done when received by my recipient. I think the problem was with ordering online. Never lets me do the picture right or sometimes the printing. But all in all it turned out well, Ordering over the phone
