Purchased 5 frames for all the special dads getting together at my home. They were perfect. I am never dissapointed with amything I've ordered. My only complaint is that while searching the website the shipping changed that caused me to pay more to get on time equal to frame cost. As far as products and service I will always use Personalization Mall.
I love love love the new option which allows you to upload the picture you want in the frame and it comes ready for gifting. My husband loved the frame! It is such a thoughtful gift.

I've always been very happy with Personalization Mall products, so I shouldn't he surprised when I open the box; yet, I'm till amazed every time I order something new. I wanted the perfect frame for a picture of my son the first time he held his first grandchild. This frame seemed perfect since I could have anything written on it that I wanted, not just the names. Quality and perfection in the customization. I can't wait to present my son with this on Father's Day. Do not hesitate to order this - it will not disappoint. Couldn't be happier.
